Timi built his career in consulting, turning complex, multi-party problems into executable plans. He pairs that with hands-on property operating experience, having run serviced accommodation — a business that leaves no room for theory, where occupancy, cost control, guest experience and cashflow are all felt weekly. That operational grounding shapes how the business is run today, from the first landowner conversation through to delivery.
